Ryalin observed Niramoto with narrow eyes, she had never seen that mask before and that in itself was suspicious. She knew almost every equip-able item there was. She frowned slightly, but finally re-sheathed her sword at her side. She watched Angelchan, trying to calculate how much stamina the small bard would have to have to perform all those dances in such short succession. The Protector's Songstress, Alici, never failed to remind them that she had to rest often if they wanted her to work well. "I am Ryalin Thurnile, Beast Master of the Protectors." she purposefully refrained from saying her level, it usually attracted trouble from player killers wanting a challenge.

((yes, just not pages long)) Niramoto relaxed considerably now that the sword was away. He had noticed that Ryalin had neglected to mention her level, and that made him a little bit worried as he thought maybe he shouldn't have either. "Ryalin, Angelchan," he dipped his head toward each of them as he repeated their names. "I take it you don't know any more than I do about this new event?" He indicated towards the fog that was now visible in the distance, slowly creeping towards them.

As the fog grew thicker, it burnt as he waded through, so much that on several occasions his HP was almost completely depleted. Only due to his class skills was he able to continue to struggle through, the fog choking him until all light became invisible, as if he were standing in complete, living darkness. He felt it eating away at his mana, and in a desperate act of confusion, he used up the last of his power to shed some light around him, and for a moment he thought he could see it, but this light was, too, quickly devoured by the fog. That's odd... That was a high-level... Spell...
Unable to continue on, he felt himself collapse, before realising that he was still on the mountain. With his last ounce of strength, he pulled himself in the direction he thought he remembered as the edge, and pushed himself forward. The polluted stench of the fog was immediately accompanied by the familiar one of the fresh mountain air as he fell down the side of the mountain. Looking up, he could see the fog rapidly spreading, infecting everything it got to, before he fell with a crack onto the side of the mountain, losing consciousness as his body began to roll back down the mountainside.

Ysuelta had been following Niramoto, more out of boredom than anything, and she had used the commotion of Angelchan's exhuberant greeting and dances to climb into a tree and eat an apple. The apple, had of course, come from no where in particular.
"No one does," she drawled, "Could be a glitch, no one'd considered that yet, have they?"
She took a bite out of the apple, this one was particularly crunchy, and it's juices were helpfully running down her throat, rather than down her arm, but then she'd never known them to do anything different. The noises were however, getting a little annoying.
Ysuelta ran a hand through her dark hair.
"I'm Ysuelta, by the way," she said, "Ysuelta Ma'K---."

"No, I don't know anything about this event either. That's why we were here, my group and I. We've literally been through all the known NPCs, and questioned some Mods too, but nobody has any idea. We got here the day before yesterday, but I have no idea what happened to the others. If this is a bug, it is the biggest in recent history." she said seriously. She looked over to Ysuelta, seemingly not worried by her appearance. Really, it was the least of her worries. "All I know is, we need to keep regular players away from the places where these mists appear." she said contemplatively.

((Can I just suggest that we assume that the mountain is close enough to the group for the conversation to be broken by a player falling down the side if it?))

It was his worst fear come to life. Darkness, silence, no capacity to sense what was around him, and yet the feeling that there was something out there, just waiting for him to make a mistake. And yet he heard it. A screaming laughter that just took its place in his head, and refused to leave. The only thing that the laughter left alone in his head, was his own terror and the realization that this was no event.

((OK,I know(well, assume really) that most of you have gone on a holiday and are a little too preoccupied with that. That's cool. The problem is that the sneaking suspicion that I have that (unfortunately) like many other Role Plays, this thread has gone the way of the Dinosaurs and no amount scientific research can bring them back, might just come true. To that end, might I ask if attention for this tread has disappeared in the Aether and that this threads be declared dead as a doornail?))

((on the wmwhq, farr created uninstall too, but I was blocked, and so, I am unsure of what has happened to it, but the same thing has happened to the wmwhq, role-plays dieing. It is sad.))
